Role details
Role: SDR (Sales Development Rep') AKA: Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generator.
Salary: £35K Basic + £10K OTE (yr 1) + Benefits package (Private health, pension scheme, etc) Uncapped commission, accelerators & more for over-achieving.
Location: Banbury, Oxford. Hybrid working. 2 days per week in the office. Commutable from Northampton, Milton Keynes, Rugby, Coventry, Oxford, Warwick, Leamington Spa, etc.
Responsibilities
* Managing Inbound Leads
* Outbound sales: Lead generation, prospecting, researching, reaching out & hunting down those opportunities.
* Qualifying: are they ready for a demo by the sales team? Do they need a bit more?
* Making sure all your activity is on the CRM (Salesforce)
* Working with the marketing team to align on outbound sales campaigns.
What will I need to bring?
* 1+ years in a sales or lead generation role—if you've got experience in hospitality, retail, or tech, we definitely want to hear from you too!
* Know what ‘good' and ‘best' looks like – we want to learn from you, too.
* Self-driven, goal-oriented, and always up for a challenge.
* You know your way around a CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and love digging into LinkedIn and other sales tools.
