In this quantity surveyor job, you will support the delivery of multiple high-value residential and commercial developments.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates
2. Assisting in procurement, tendering, and contract administration
3. Managing valuations, variations, and progress reports
4. Supporting pre- and post-contract cost management processes
5. Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and consultants
6. Assisting in risk management and value engineering reviews
Desired Skills and Experience
7. Experience in a cost consultancy or construction environment
8. Experience on both commercial and residential projects preferred
9. Strong numerical and analytical skills
10. Good understanding of procurement and contract procedures
11. Motivated and professional attitude with ambition to progress
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
12. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or related field
13. Working towards MRICS accreditation preferred
