JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces such as parks, schools, public areas, and business properties are healthy, tidy, and visually appealing. This role involves a range of tasks to maintain and improve these spaces to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Lawn care, hedge trimming, and tree surgery
Weed control, litter removal, and planting
General upkeep of outdoor spaces to ensure cleanliness and visual appeal
Use and maintain grounds maintenance equipment safely
Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
Reliability and strong work ethic
Enhanced DBS check required
