The Associate Director / Partner Role:
A leading residential-focused design consultancy with offices in Leeds and Liverpool is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Director or Partner-level candidate to help lead project delivery and support the continued growth of the business.
This is a strategic hire for a senior architectural professional with a strong background in residential projects and a proven track record of developing client relationships. You will play a critical role in winning new work, managing key accountsand overseeing project delivery across various stages.
The position offers a pathway into senior leadership, with potential progression to Director level for the right individual.
To be considered for the Associate Director / Partner position:
* Experience operating at Associate Director level or similar within a design or technical consultancy
* Existing relationships with housebuilders and a proven ability to win new residential projects
* Strong technical and planning knowledge across all RIBA stages
* Track record of leading teams and delivering residential schemes at scale
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Residential-led or volume housing experience is essential
