About the Role
We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Finance Operations team. This hands‑on role focuses on supplier due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and supporting the rollout of our new Oracle ERP system as part of an exciting Finance Transformation programme. You will be office‑based with no travel or on‑site supplier audits required.
What You’ll Do
* Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence – Execute Know Your Vendor (KYV) checks, conduct sanctions and ABC screenings, and verify supplier documentation to ensure compliance integrity.
* Customer Compliance (B2B) – Carry out Know Your Business (KYB) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for new and existing customers, advising Sales and Credit Control teams on compliance risks.
* Ongoing – Perform periodic rescreening of suppliers, investigate potential compliance issues, and manage corrective action plans to address non‑compliance.
* Finance Transformation (Oracle ERP) – Support implementation of compliance controls within Oracle ERP, participate in UAT testing, and help design SOPs and training materials for system users.
About You
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Controls – ideally in a large, regulated, or multinational environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Anti‑Bribery and Corruption (ABC) laws; familiarity with GDPR is a plus.
* Systems: Practical experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS, or similar) and a deep understanding of vendor master data controls.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Law, or Business. Professional certification (ICA, ACAMS, or similar) preferred.
