You will be working in a team that is constantly trying to improve outcomes for safeguarding children and supporting their families. About the role The team is committed to work with children and their families/carers, using a range of solution focussed, strength-based relationship practice models, including Signs of Safety, Systemic theory and the Family Finding approach. We are looking for colleagues who can help us continue to offer a unique service and truly make a difference to the young people of our county. Key Responsibilities: Provide daily supervision to Social Workers Support risk management and decision-making Mentor colleagues and help develop their practice Lead on quality assurance and performance monitoring Chair multi-agency meetings and attend child protection conferences What We’re Looking For You should be a qualified Social Worker (DIPSW, CQSW, Masters, or Degree in Social Work), ideally with supervisory or management experience. You’ll need to demonstrate strong skills and knowledge aligned with the job specification.
