Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital (JHACH) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Part Time Neonatologist to join our highly recognized and collaborative team. Position Overview
* Location: All Children’s Hospital / main campus hospital.
* Level IV NICU: Work in a comprehensive, state‑of-the‑art neonatal intensive care unit.
* Collaborative Team: You’ll work closely with residents, fellows, and Nurse Practitioners, providing both clinical and academic support.
* Shifts: Includes day, night, and weekend shifts. On-site staffing includes 5 MDs during the day, and 1 MD with residents/fellows/Nurse Practitioners at night.
* 24‑hour in‑house Nurse Practitioners to support the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality neonatal care.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including residents, fellows, and nurse practitioners.
* Participate in building and growing a program with a focus on academic development.
* Take an active role in mentoring residents and fellows.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
* Interest in Academia: A passion for teaching and building academic programs.
* Point of Care Ultrasound: Familiarity with or willingness to contribute to a Point of Care Ultrasound Program.
* ECMO Expertise: Strong background in ECMO technology and training.
* Experience: 3‑5 years of Level IV NICU experience is a plus.
