The Purpose of a Marketing Coordinator: To support the Marketing Team! A varied role supporting on all aspects of Delice de France Marketing, this role is a great stepping stone for someone wanting to progress their Marketing career. Will be a key member of the Team in the organisation & delivery of the Marketing Plan. Reporting & Key Contacts of a Marketing Coordinator: Reporting to the Sales Director, working closely with the Category Marketing Manager & Concept Manager. Other Key Contacts: Channel, Field Sales, Chefs & Customer Engagement Teams, Product Team, Sales Data Admin, Technical, Hardware. Duties & Responsibilities of a Marketing Cooridinator: Point of Sale Shelf Edge Labels collation of order forms, format & printing of SELs and organising despatch of printed labels to Sales Team & customers. Collate PoS orders, submit for approval to order, place order & then organise for sales team collection. Photography Maintain & update list of Foodservice & Retail SKUs for photography purposes. Assist on photography days to ensure all requested samples are photographed & the marketing brief / requirement is met. Catalogue all photography with SKU name & code into the correct category folder. Resize images for webshop. Food Labelling Maintain & update the Kafoodle database for current / latest Retail product range to ensure customers with SATO printers can access the required information & labels for legal compliance. Sales Tools Print flyers & activity briefs as required. Update the promotional flyers for Last Chance! Try Me and Seasonal as required. Maintain business cards file for all sales team, gain approval for required prints, place order & arrange collection / despatch by sales team. Admin responsibility for NPD & Sales briefing documentation printing, circulating, labels, agenda etc. Catalogue Proof read catalogues checking product name, code & description for accuracy. Maintain catalogue(s) pagination. Organise samples as per the required product list for photography shoots, shows & exhibitions. For printed version, gain approval on cost & quantities, organise print timings, allocate sales quantities & arrange collection / despatch, organise SKU code & split between depots for customer ordering Reporting Maintain the Marketing team spend tracker. Raise POs for authorised Sales & Marketing invoices. Review the weekly At Risk report, highlight to the Category Marketing Manager Support the Category Marketing Manager with the compilation of the weekly Seasonal & NPD tracker for the Sales Teams. Prepare & post sign off issue the weekly product update for the sales team Collate NPD forecasting for the sales team & feed into Category Marketing Manager / Product Team Comms Manage the Marketing inbox & the flow of traffic to the relevant person. Attend S&M Senior Meeting capture actions & circulate, follow up on deadlines. Compile, seek approval & issue internal & external comms on products being migrated old code, new code & reason for change.
