People Admin Team Administrator
to join our People Shared Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality HR and workforce administration support across the full employee lifecycle.
About The Role
As a People Admin Team Administrator, you'll be part of a multi-skilled team providing efficient, accurate, and empathetic support to colleagues and managers. From producing contracts and maintaining employee records to supporting payroll-critical tasks and resolving queries, you'll help ensure a seamless experience for our workforce.
What You'll Do
* Administer the end-to-end employee lifecycle for approximately 16,000 employees.
* Produce contracts and variation documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Deliver pay-critical administrative tasks on time and to a high standard.
* Maintain employee files and update procedural documentation.
* Support annual HR processes such as bonus and benefits enrolment.
* Handle complex queries and complaints, following escalation processes.
* Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards).
* Minimum 12 months' experience in HR/People administration.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
* A collaborative team player committed to continuous development.
