Skills and requirements:
* Up to date knowledge and genuine interest/ passion for the bakery/coffee business
* Barista skills and ability to free pour a variety of latte art consistently would be an advantage
* Good spoken and written English
* Great customer service skills
* Ability to work at speed and under pressure
* Specific Saturday and Sunday requirement
