Join Our Team as a Sales Order Processor!
Location: Solihull
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, flexible working


Pay: up to £100 per day + weekly holiday pay



Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to work for a well-established pharmaceutical company based in the Solihull area. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner as well as providing accurate monthly forecast submissions across the whole business.



Key Responsibilities:



* Order Processing:
Process all incoming orders within the division on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

* Customer Communication:
Respond promptly and professionally to all telephone and email enquiries, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

* Invoice Management:
Resolve invoice queries in a timely manner to ensure smooth financial operations.

* KPI Monitoring:
Ensure customer-related KPIs are met, particularly in relation to disputed invoices.

* Account Maintenance:
Maintain and update individual account files, ensuring all information is accurate and current.

* Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with couriers to track and manage customer deliveries effectively.

* Demand Forecasting:
Manage demand forecasting for all products in collaboration with Sales Managers and the Supply Chain team.




Skills / Experience Required:



* Previous experience in a customer service environment (medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable).

* An excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with customer orders and queries in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner.

* Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.

* Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.

* Experience of forecasting is essential

* Knowledge of SAP and Excel
