The Role
1. Support the Technology team in implementing a new ERP system
2. Triage and troubleshoot ERP user queries
3. Conduct bug fixes
4. Continuous improvement of system processes
5. Documentation
6. Requirement gather
7. Manage 3rd party relationships
About You
8. Strong functinal knowledge of ERP systems
9. Proven experience in application support (SQL Server etc)
10. Ability to liaise with stakeholders efficiently
11. Partner with business to help business adopt the use of their ERP system
