Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide targeted support to students with autism and SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons that cater to the specific needs of students.
* Promote independence and confidence among learners through supportive interactions and encouragement.
