Location: Denbigh (Head Office)
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm)

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, highly organised, and proactive Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our friendly Head Office team in Denbigh.
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting multiple areas of the business — including operations, compliance, customer administration, and internal processes. You'll play a key part in ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day, processes are followed correctly, and information is accurate and up to date.
The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-focused, and confident managing their own workload in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the management team, including action follow-ups and progress tracking.
* Manage a varied workload with changing priorities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
* Work independently, using initiative to move tasks forward and resolve issues.
* Support planning applications, liaising with consultants as required.
* Assist with compliance and operational matters, including Health & Safety, Insurance, Utilities and Business Rates
* Liaise with company solicitors and assist with legal administration.
* Support the management of company-owned properties and tenant relations.
* Maintain and update records in the company's asset management system.
* Assist with container sales and transport coordination.
* Provide customer and telephone support.
* Undertake any additional tasks as required by management.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
* Experience in operations, compliance, regulatory, or business support roles.
* Highly organised with strong time management skills.
* Confident, clear, and professional communicator, with strong written communication skills — able to draft clear, professional emails, reports, and documentation.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
* Numerical accuracy and confidence with figures, particularly for reporting and contract and utility management.
* Positive, proactive and can-do attitude and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
* Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
* Calm, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience preparing reports and documentation for management review.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Knowledge of Health & Safety policies, property management, insurance administration, utilities, or business governance.
* Experience supporting planning applications or liaising with consultants.
* Experience supporting senior management teams.
* Comfortable adapting quickly to new systems and processes.
* Evidence of taking ownership and seeing tasks through to completion without close supervision.
* Experience improving or streamlining administrative processes.
* Experience coordinating suppliers or managing third-party relationships.
* Experience in facilities or asset management systems.
