London I Hybrid I Salary: 35k-40k
The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager with solid experience in the events and exhibitions space. This role is not a production role, but it does require someone who has previously worked closely with production teams and understands the delivery process inside and out.
Now stepping away from the hands-on production side, you'll act as a trusted client partner — nurturing relationships, ensuring projects run smoothly, identifying opportunities to grow accounts, and working as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams.
The agency has a separate new business function, so this is a pure account management role. You’ll be focused on servicing existing clients, upselling organically, and being the go-to contact they trust and rely on.
What We’re Looking For
* Solid agency experience, ideally within events, exhibitions, or experiential
* A deep understanding of production processes, even if you’re no longer hands-on
* Strong relationship-building skills with a natural flair for client service
* Commercially minded – able to spot growth opportunities and upsell effectively
* Confident communicator and calm under pressure
