Finance Assistant Job Specification A generalist accounts role supporting both the Purchase and Sales Ledger function. The Finance Assistant will be required, with the relevant time and training, to be fully conversant with all aspects of Purchase, Sales and General Ledgers. Experience in Xero is a must.

Assist finance manager with accruals / prepayments / journals
· Assist management accounts prep
· Reconciliation of all bank accounts
· Credit control
· Stock reconciliation - producing monthly stock location reports and making any necessary adjustments
· Twice yearly stock takes including reconciliation
· Maintaining asset register
· Posting and reconciling all intercompany accounts
· Assisting with annual audit
· Assist with consolidated management accounts pack
Ad hoc supporting duties as and when required by Finance Manager or Senior Management.
The role is based within modern refurbed office space in Farsley, Leeds with free on-site parking walking distance from local amenities.
