We are recruiting Adventure Play & Youth Workers at Manchester Young Lives, to provide open access and targeted play and youth work activities. Our after-school adventure play provision is Ofsted registered and provides activities for 6-13 year olds. Our youth provision engages with young people aged 11+ after school and during the evenings.
Our work enables often disadvantaged children and young people the opportunity to learn, develop and connect with their communities, build safe and supportive relationships with committed workers, and let off steam on our adventure playgrounds.

These roles are at Manchester Young Lives Adventure Playgrounds and Centres in Wythenshawe or Higher Blackley. Play sessions run after school, and youth sessions pm. Roles can work alongside a main job, education and/or personal commitments. Additional hours by agreement.
1 x 10 hour post based in Wythenshawe, year round contract including school holidays.
1 x 2.5 hours post based in Higher Blackley, term time only.
