What is the purpose of this role? To provide end to end supply chain management including procurement inc. indirects, Manufacturing, Logistics, Capex, SC overheads, Inter-co business and SC working capital, covering 28 sites across 11 countries. What will be your key deliverables? Shape Metrics and Methodology Owing pladis KPIs integrity and review/action monthly kpi review and action plans monitoring Define costing methodology Define powerful dashboards e.g., less is more, time serious and rollout throughout pladis Train SC Finance community Ensure data integrity/quality Lead transfer pricing process Set and measure performance end to end Lead finance drumbeat processes e.g., strat plan, budget, estimates Run SC performance process covering both EBIT and Cash improvement Follow commodity risk management and its compliance with pladis governance rules Makes best practice visible across pladis Lead SC QBR meetings Optimize Plant Network and capex Optimize Network utilization in line with business needs and services consideration Define and implement transfer pricing Assist sourcing team with robust analysis Provide support for Capex Committee Process and tracking of authorizations and cash Ensure robustness of business cases for both capex and restructuring projects Partner with CSCO Partner with CSCO and be a trusted business sparring partner and sounding board Ensure seamless interface between CSCO and CFO Provide superior decision support insights Be SC representative inf Finance community Ensure compliance with pladis finance policies pladis is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to hiring a diverse workforce.
