Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity as a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer based in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire?
Main Duties of the Role
* Work with the ICT Managed Service team to resolve technical issues.
Your Skills and Experience
* At least 3+ years’ relevant experience in support or hosting operations.
* Experience with Google for Education, Class Charts, GDrive, GADS.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365 and Microsoft Server Operating Systems.
* Good understanding of:
o Veeam Virtualisation technologies including VMWare and Hyper-V
o VLANs and VPN configuration
o Server-based client services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, NPS, GPOs)
o PowerShell scripting
o SAN technologies
o Server & Infrastructure hardware
o Firewalls, including Smoothwall, SonicWALL
o Safeguarding Filtering solutions, Lightspeed, Smoothwall, SafetyNet
* Salary: £30,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
