Job Title: Lead Maintenance Engineer (Progression to Assistant Manager)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Company Benefits + Days based

We are offering the opportunity to work for a subsidiary of one of the largest distribution and warehousing companies in the UK, specializing in food packaging operations. The company is seeking a new Assistant Engineering Manager to oversee their largest site, supporting ongoing process and cultural improvements.
This role involves working closely with the Engineering Manager to manage the PPM schedule, assess and create NCRs, support other maintenance engineers, and carry out maintenance on production lines.
This position is suitable for a Lead Maintenance Engineer or someone aspiring to this role, within an established food packaging company focused on growth and employee well-being.
