As a Claims Team Leader - Personal Injury, you will: Supervise a team of PI Technical Claims Negotiators to ensure timely resolution of claims. Support the delivery of the claims business plan and achieve SLAs. Provide regular reports on KPIs and SLAs to the Head of Personal Injury Claims. Handle complex claims and ensure potential fraudulent claims are identified. Manage, motivate, and lead a group of handlers, conducting regular performance reviews. Assist in recruitment and training of new recruits and re-training of current employees. Develop departmental procedures and drive process improvements. Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty principles and company standards.
