Job Description
Allied Surveyors Scotland is one of Scotland’s largest and most progressive multidiscipline firms of Chartered Surveyors with 30 offices throughout Scotland and a wide range of blue chip private and public sector clients.
The success of our Inverness office presents an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and suitably qualified Graduate Surveyor to assist our qualified surveyors to build on that success throughout the Highlands & Islands. The successful candidate will train for the APC assessment under the supervision of a qualified surveyor with a view to obtaining MRICS status.
This position offers a generous remuneration package, including: negotiable salary, company pension contribution, professional subscriptions paid, and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Responsibilities
Assist qualified surveyors and contribute to project work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Support the office in delivering client-focused surveying services across the Highlands & Islands as experience grows.
Requirements (i.e. Relevant Skills and Experience)
* RICS accredited degree
* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
* Driving license
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Experienced in all the relevant IT packages to perform the work
