Purpose of the Role
To effectively balance inventory and service levels through intelligent, data-driven forecasting and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate important updates and insights via our internal social platform, Blink.
* Understand customer needs, offering proactive solutions that align with expectations.
* Monitor invoicing accuracy to ensure correct revenue is captured for Dee Set.
* Liaise with suppliers and brands to build collaborative forecasts and manage stock requirements.
* Analyse and interpret data to drive stock stability and service improvements.
* Accurately forecast customer demand and input into Netstock, enabling visibility across warehouse operations, finance, and with key clients.
* Partner with brands to reduce excess stock and improve inbound service levels.
* Ensure pricing integrity across the current range and new product listings.
Skills/Experience Required:
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience working with ERP systems.
* A strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* Previous experience within a supply chain function, ideally involving forecasting, inventory, or demand planning.
