£15 per hour + 95p per hour night enhancement
30 Hours per Week - Sunday - Thursday

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Night Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull. You’ll be creating high-quality, fresh dishes in a professional, people-first kitchen that values teamwork, quality, and consistency.

Leading your own section in the kitchen prepping, cooking, and plating to a high standard.
Creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients, with care and consistency.
Supporting the Sous and Head Chef with service, menu delivery, and day-to-day operations.
Assisting with training and mentoring junior chefs and kitchen assistants.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and allergen control (HACCP knowledge essential).
Keeping your work area clean, organised, and service-ready at all times.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for flavour, food presentation, and consistent quality.
Understanding of food safety standards, allergens, and hygiene best practices.
