A fast-growing, patient-focused clinical research services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and CRO clients.
This senior individual contributor role is ideal for a proven “hunter” with deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of closing high-value, enterprise-level deals. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, reactivating dormant accounts, expanding existing client relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to bring innovative solutions to market.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a strategic business development plan to exceed revenue targets
* Winning net-new business and expanding within existing accounts
* Building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
* Leading complex commercial negotiations
* Acting as a brand ambassador at industry events
