You’ll work with young people (Year 1–11) who follow personalised education pathways outside mainstream settings, helping create structure, stability, and positive outcomes every day. You’ll need to: Support pupils with complex academic and behavioural needs Manage behaviour calmly and consistently Build strong, respectful relationships Thrive in fast-paced environments Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
