A global sustainabilitypany is seeking a HRIS Transformation Manager with a hands-on technical background in HR systems – specifically in Reward Tooling Systems – to join the wider team.
Your new role
As the HR Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and effective HR technology solutions that align with organisational goals.
This role bridges the gap between HR business needs and IT capabilities, ensuring that systems support performance management, payroll,pensation and benefits, JML and employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
1. Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Design system architectures for HR platforms (, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
3. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards andpliance requirements.
Implementation & Integration
4. Lead the integration of HR systems with other enterprise platforms (, ERP, CRM).
5. Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and implementation of new modules.
6. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement
7. Work closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements.
8. Present architectural solutions in an accessible language to non-technical stakeholders.
9. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the solution lifecycle.
10. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and regulatory standards (, GDPR).Document architectural decisions, workflows, and technical guidelines.
What you'll need to succeed
Technical Expertise
11. Deep knowledge of HRIS systems and cloud platforms (, Azure, AWS).
12. Proven experience of at least 2 HRIS implementations, preferably with global organisations
13. Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.
14. Familiarity with data privacy,pliance, and performance optimisation.
Soft Skills
15. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
16. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
17. Ability to work in agile and cross-functional environments.
Education & Certification
18. Bachelor’s degree inputer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certifications such as:
19. AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
20. Workday or SAP SuccessFactors certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
21. Background in pre-sales engineering or consulting.
22. Familiarity with industry-specificpliance (, HIPAA, GDPR).
23. TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks
