Monday and Tuesday 8.30am – 5.00pm and Wednesday 8.30am – 12.00pm. 18.5 hours per week
25 days holiday + Bank Holidays plus other benefits
Duties & Responsibilities
* Deal with incoming external and incoming calls
* Take and forward messages
* Keep up to date notes on the system
* Update customer details
* General administration support tasks
Skills & Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a high level of self-management and initiative, always providing a professional service.
