This role is a field-based position reporting to the Implementation Manager within the Application & Implementation Specialist Team. This is an excellent entry point into the life sciences industry. You don’t need a scientific background; what matters is your ability to deliver engaging training and manage projects with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Responsibilities
* Deliver end user training on the correct use of devices for implementations and contract training.
* Work with internal and customer teams to plan and project manage implementations.
* Create and deliver training programs for customers in the use of Radiometer products.
* Provide onsite face-to-face training to healthcare professionals on the use of Radiometer products.
Essential requirements
* Experience as a trainer.
* Proactive approach and focus on providing high quality training sessions.
* Willingness to travel nationwide on an 80:20 basis (80% travel, 20% home) – based between North London and Midlands (Luton/Milton Keynes/Northampton) advantageous.
* Providing training updates to colleagues and customers.
Desirable
* Clinical knowledge about patient groups in hospitals.
* Experience implementing medical devices in a clinical environment.
* Experience in a commercial field-based role.
* Project management skills and experience.
