Plant Fitter Narberth From £13.50 per hour (DOE) Permanent | 47.5 hours + overtime We’re looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join our clients' on-site Maintenance Team in Narberth. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of mobile and fixed plant, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and responding to breakdowns when required. The role includes: * Repairing and servicing mobile plant (dumpers, excavators, loaders, rollers, pavers, etc.) * Maintaining fixed plant including asphalt, concrete and crushing plant * Planned servicing, inspections and fault finding * Completing maintenance records and defect reports * Supporting site operations and maintaining high housekeeping and H&S standards What we’re looking for: * NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or 3+ years’ heavy plant experience * Full UK driving licence * Own basic tools (specialist tools provided) * Experience operating heavy plant (tickets desirable) * Flexible, team-focused approach What we offer: * Competitive pay & overtime rates * 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 24) * Pension, private medical insurance & life assurance * Enhanced maternity/paternity & compassionate leave * Employee wellbeing & assistance programmes Monday–Friday working, with occasional Saturdays. 👉 Apply now to join a stable, growing...
