Razorblue role: We are looking for an Apprentice 1st Line Support Engineer to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass: Supporting Windows networks, including associated cloud services, infrastructure and connectivity provide 1st line technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and fix technical faults and issues. Respond to client queries and service requests. Assist with user rights, passwords, accounts. Handle basic security administration. Diagnose issues and explain technical details clearly. Occasional onsite visits to clients when needed. Our perfect candidate should be enthusiastic and have a keen interest in various technologies, as they will look to use these skills to troubleshoot and deliver five star solutions that keep our clients happy! Strong communication, and relationship-building skills Completion of secondary education to standard suitable of an apprentice and enrolled (or willing to enrol) on the Information Communication Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Aspects of Windows desktop, application support, Mobile Device and Tablet Basic understanding of business technologies A keen interest in the world of technology An understanding of how learning can be translated into real life situations. Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues.
