Salary: £50,000 - 56,000 per year Requirements: We require proven experience delivering IT projects within a Multi-Academy Trust, Single Academy Trust, or school environment. We require strong project management experience using PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies. We require a solid technical understanding comparable to a school Network Manager level, with the ability to engage confidently with technical teams and systems. We require experience working within Microsoft cloud environments, including Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams. We require strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and planning skills. We require the ability to work in a hybrid model from Peterborough, with 2 to 3 days onsite and travel to London and national school sites. Responsibilities: We lead the delivery of IT projects across a large multi-site education environment. We coordinate the technical onboarding and integration of new schools into our IT estate. We work closely with transformation programme teams to align technical project delivery with wider organisational initiatives. We support major IT procurement projects and vendor engagement. We ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to operational standards. We contribute to improving IT processes and operational approaches to ensure scalability across our growing organisation. We engage with school stakeholders and central teams to gather requirements and translate them into structured project plans. We support technical teams where required with our understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, and end-user environments.
