Job Title: Secondary Tutor
Salary:
£25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide academic support to secondary school students in various subjects
* Develop lesson plans and educational materials tailored to individual student needs
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
* Monitor and report on student attendance and performance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with secondary school students
* Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring secondary school students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Proficiency in subject areas being tutored
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience in delivering online tutoring sessions
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
* Work primarily in a classroom or tutoring centre setting
* Potential for remote or online tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
