Senior Forage Analyst - Role Summary
ICNE Ltd is seeking a dedicated Senior Research Analyst (Forage) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality forage analysis services while contributing to the advancement of our offerings.
This role is 100% office based.
Main Duties
* Deliver timely and quality forage analysis services.
* Conduct analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES techniques and write detailed reports.
* Train and mentor team members, ensuring competency in our analysis service.
* Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
* Represent our expertise at industry conferences and identify research opportunities to enhance our services.
* Maintain laboratory standards and compliance with safety protocols.
Personal Attributes
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
* Proficiency in ICP-OES and NIRS analytical techniques
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as working collaboratively in a team environment
* Ability to work to high standards following current guidelines and SOPs
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders
* Ability to work well within a fast paced, hard-working and creative environment
