Dunoon Burgh Hall Trust is recruiting a Transition Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering our vision of an accessible, community-focused arts organisation.

As part of our commitment, this new opportunity will shape the organisation’s future. You will lead the delivery of a focused recovery and transition programme, working closely with the Board, staff and partners to strengthen operations and ensure long-term sustainability.

Employment Details
* Part‑time (17.5 hours per week) 12‑month contract.
* Salary: £45,500 FTE (pro‑rated to 17.5 hours per week).
* Based at Dunoon Burgh Hall with some flexibility for remote working.
