Due to exciting growth plans and investment in the retirement space, we are recruiting a Proposition Analyst to join the Royal London Advisor Experience teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring fresh ideas and views to our high-performing teams of Prop Analysts.
As a Proposition Analyst, you will progress the end-to-end proposition, working across functions and third parties, to deliver proposition innovations that improve the experience and outcomes for our customers and their advisers. This includes creating new and modifying existing product propositions, supporting the delivery of the Royal London retirement strategy.
About the role
1. Ensure that the proposition design clearly details the requirements and experience needed to meet strategic goals, customer, and adviser needs.
2. Collaborate with other key functions to ensure detailed design and implementation of proposition developments align with strategy.
3. Understand behavioral, market, and external changes and design solutions to meet the needs of relevant customers and advisers.
4. Ensure the Proposition Development policy and guidance are followed effectively.
5. Actively influence strategic planning and challenge the status quo where appropriate.
6. Map customer and adviser journeys accurately to identify areas for improvement.
7. Support strategies for engaging with third parties and ensure full product and experience requirements are delivered.
8. Maintain and support existing propositions/products, including the accuracy and suitability of technical communications.
9. Embrace agile methodologies to deliver change efficiently.
About you
1. Understanding of the financial services industry, legislative/regulatory frameworks, and ability to think creatively about solutions.
2. Knowledge of the retirement market is preferred but not essential.
3. Strong understanding of customer and adviser needs, with the ability to influence strategy and design innovative solutions.
4. A motivated individual who can bring insights and creativity to business solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and articulate strategies and benefits clearly.
6. Support for best practices, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
8. Attention to detail and ability to manage work within a budget.
