Job Description
As Industrial Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
* Determine the most effective way of optimising people and facilities.
* Ensure achievement of programme manpower targets.
* Hours‑per‑car reporting, with manning implications.
* Best practice productivity ideas incorporated into programme.
* Assignment allocation, in conjunction with production plant.
Experience Required
* Experience of assembly operations, within manufacturing.
* Understanding of lean manufacturing and Design, for Assembly principles.
* Industrial Engineering experience, with associated tools and techniques.
* Previous experience of GSPAS and APT or equivalent tools.
* Process authoring / process allocation tools experience would be an advantage.
