Responsibilities:
* Group Accounts Reporting: Handling all aspects of financial and management accounts.
* Process Improvement: Continuously enhancing accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
* Project Involvement: Participating in and contributing to accounting-related projects
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing and managing budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Working closely with non-finance stakeholders, providing advice on budgets, and investigating variances to ensure financial objectives are met.
Requirements:
* Professional Qualification: Ideally gained within an accountancy firm.
* Skills: Strong communication, drive, and ambition.
* Technical Knowledge: Up-to-date with accounting reporting standards.
