The Facilities Co-Ordinator position reports to the Facilities Manager and is part of the Workplace team located in Cambridge (UK). This is an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1. Take ownership of weekly maintenance plans and monthly KPI reporting.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact for all enquiries from internal and external sources, including emails, messages, and in-person visitors.
3. Liaise with external and internal suppliers to organise planned preventative maintenance and reactive work.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Good knowledge of Outlook and Excel, MS Office package.
* Ideally IOSH accredited.
* Excellent communication skills in all aspects of customer contact.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environmental Requirements:
* Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20kg.
