Hiring: Director of Environmental & HAZMAT Operations

Action Emergency Management is expanding our Environmental Services division—and we’re looking for a hands-on leader ready to build and command a best-in-class HAZMAT operation.

This is a unique opportunity to design the system, lead the team, and take point on-site for trauma scenes, meth lab remediation, fentanyl response, EV battery incidents, and hoarding cleanups.

Must be able to be on-site daily in Revere, MA. This is a 100% on-site job.

• 5+ years in environmental response, trauma cleanup, or HAZMAT field leadership

• Strong working knowledge of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP)

• Physically capable of active field leadership

Especially valued:

• LSP-type professionals (license not required)

• Former firefighters, EMTs, military, or law enforcement officers with HAZMAT or incident command experience

• Biohazard or trauma cleanup supervisors ready to step into a director-level role

You’ll have the chance to lead from the front while building something meaningful and mission-driven.
