We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of our new Turkish restaurant in London. We seek a professional who understands hospitality dynamics, delivers strong team leadership, and represents the culture and warmth of Turkish cuisine at an international standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and ensure smooth service
* Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
* Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
* Implement operational procedures, hygiene, and safety standards
* Work closely with the kitchen team to uphold authentic Turkish dining experience
* Manage staff scheduling, cost control, and operational KPIs
* Represent the brand with professionalism, clarity, and consistency
Qualifications
* Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferably in busy, high-standard restaurants)
* Strong understanding of Turkish cuisine and service culture
* Professional level of English and Turkish
* Ability to lead multicultural hospitality teams
* Effective communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
* Pre-opening experience is an advantage
