What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer support via email and telephone
Addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude
Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication
Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery
Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information
