This position is based in Lisburn Your new role As a Band 3 Secretary, you'll be responsible for a range of duties including managing correspondence, maintaining accurate records, scheduling meetings, and providing frontline support to internal and external stakeholders. This role will involve minute takingWorking in a fast-paced environment, you'll demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You'll be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and will bring a proactive and professional approach to your work. What you'll need to succeed OCR Level II (Parts 1 & 2) Text processing/Word processing or equivalent qualification OR a minimum of 1 years word processing experience. PLUS 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (excluding English Literature) AND 1 years secretarial/admin experience Ability to take notes/minutes of meetings essential. OR Two year's admin/secretarial experience. Ability to take notes/minutes of meetings essential.
