Education Administrator

Novalis Trust is a dedicated charity supporting children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. William Morris School is a trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relationship-based boarding school. We provide a nurturing environment for young people who have often experienced childhood trauma and adversity, resulting in complex needs.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Education Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role supports the Senior Leadership Team across both Education and Boarding provisions, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
•Liaise professionally with parents, carers, and external professionals
•Arrange and coordinate review meetings
•Maintain and update trackers and records
•Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes
•Support staff supervisions and compile reports
•Prepare and distribute letters and information to parents
•Manage data entry and maintain compliance evidence for inspections
•Provide word processing, filing, and reception cover as required
What We’re Looking For
•Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva
•Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
•Friendly, approachable, and professional telephone manner
•Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Motivated, proactive, and able to use initiative
Experience
Previous administrative experience is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Hours & Salary
•Term-time only: 39 weeks per year
•Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
•Salary: £23,530 per annum
