Trainer / Course Development Manager – Join the Future of Security Management. PerpetuityARC, part of Mitie PLC, is a trailblazer in Security Management education, offering training from Level 2 qualifications to full MSc programmes. A brand-new, state-of-the-art Training Centre is opening in Birmingham this September, and we are expanding our team. This is a chance to influence the industry, work with global clients, and be part of a forward-looking organisation redefining security education.
Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging training at our Birmingham centre, client sites in the UK, and internationally.
* Collaborate with Sales to provide industry sector expertise when talking with clients.
* Design and refine course content for classroom and eLearning formats.
* Support learners throughout their journey, providing guidance and tutor support.
* Assess and quality assure coursework to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience
* A Master’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, or a related field.
* A recognised training qualification (e.g., AET, Petals).
* 5+ years’ experience in a Security Management role.
* Proven experience delivering [training].
* A valid driving licence and passport for travel flexibility.
* Exceptional communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.
* A positive, adaptable mindset and a commitment to excellence.
* If you hold Assessor and/or Internal Verifier qualifications, this would be very beneficial.
