Job Title: Receptionist / Front of House
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Do you enjoy working in a front-facing role where you can provide a high level of service and keep things running smoothly?

We're working with a well-established company who is looking for a Customer Coordinator to join their friendly and growing team.

You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and will work closely with specialists, managers and external partners, playing a key role in the day-to-day running of the site.

What you'll be doing:

Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
Managing customer enquiries and supporting them throughout their journey
Booking appointments and coordinating follow-ups
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
Taking payments and handling transactions
Responding to queries via phone, email and written correspondence
Managing inbound and outbound calls and general inbox activityWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role
Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills
Organised, reliable and detail-focused
Able to work in a busy environment and adapt when needed
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Professional presentation
Flexibility to cover other sites on occasion
