The opportunity: We are looking for a talented and driven Sales Co-Ordinator – EMEA to join our Sales team. The role will report to the Head of Speciality Sales – UK/EU. Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3–4 days per week. What are key duties of the role? Support Sales Managers by preparing quotes, presentations, tender documents, and sales decks Maintain price lists and databases (e.g., Faire, Phocas) Coordinate customer onboarding, product data uploads, and sample management Assist with marketing, compliance, planning, and trade show logistics Monitor and report on sell-through data and market insights Provide general admin support across sales operations What we need you to bring to the team: 2 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar support role Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Confident in data analysis and working cross-functionally Please note: This role is based in Shoreham-by-Sea, and the successful candidate will be expected to travel and work onsite 3–4 days per week .
