The Role
* Lead and inspire your room team to deliver outstanding early years practice
* Create a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children thrive
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning in line with the EYFS
* Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
* Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, care, and compliance
* Support, mentor, and develop team members
About You
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above) - essential
* Previous experience as a Room Leader or strong practitioner ready to step up
* Passionate about child development and high-quality early years education
* Confident leading a team and setting high standards
* Warm, professional, and dedicated to making a real difference
