What Youll Be Responsible For Managing key workstreams within the implementation of a new B2C system/application Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of project activities Working closely with Digital, Technology, Operations and Customer teams Tracking progress, risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where needed Supporting system integration activities across retail platforms (e-commerce, CRM, POS, fulfilment etc.) Helping redesign processes to support improved customer journeys Managing third-party suppliers for your workstream Preparing clear project documentation, reports and updates for stakeholders Why This Role Matters This project is central to the organisations digital evolution.
