As a Digital Product Designer, you will design products for business banking with a focus on the end-to-end onboarding journey and future enhancements. Your responsibilities include writing user stories and business cases, approving builds, and reviewing code. Collaboration with Lead Engineers and Solution Architects is essential to create effective solutions. Managing complex stakeholder relationships and understanding architecture, governance, and RAID are key to success.

Purpose of the role
Manage and develop existing and new products/services, including ownership of related customer and colleague journeys. Develop product strategy, drive change through Barclays' teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle, and own outcomes related to customers, colleagues, and the bank, ensuring compliance, risk management, and controls.
